Voici quelques conseils pour faciliter le d\u00e9blayage de votre entr\u00e9e et prot\u00e9ger votre dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9chauffez-vous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme avant toute activit\u00e9 vigoureuse, \u00e9chauffez-vous une dizaine de minutes, en faisant par exemple de la marche rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Ne laissez pas la neige s\u2019accumuler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la m\u00e9t\u00e9o annonce plusieurs jours de neige, n\u2019attendez pas. Il est moins fatigant de pelleter de plus petites quantit\u00e9s plus souvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Choisissez la bonne pelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisez une pelle l\u00e9g\u00e8re munie d\u2019une lame pour pousser la neige. Si vous utilisez une pelle en m\u00e9tal, vaporisez-la de Teflon pour emp\u00eacher la neige de coller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Poussez au lieu de projeter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poussez la neige de c\u00f4t\u00e9 sans la projeter. Vous \u00e9viterez ainsi les lourdes pellet\u00e9es et les brusques torsions qui peuvent causer des blessures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pliez les genoux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous devez projeter la neige, pliez les genoux et servez-vous des muscles de vos bras et de vos jambes tout en gardant le dos droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prenez une pause<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous \u00e9prouvez de la fatigue ou de l\u2019essoufflement, arr\u00eatez quelques minutes. Secouez un peu vos bras et vos jambes pour les d\u00e9tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travaillez en tout confort<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez plusieurs couches de v\u00eatements. Si vous avez trop chaud, il vous suffira d\u2019en \u00f4ter une ou deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hydratez-vous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il fait froid, votre corps a besoin de s\u2019hydrater. Buvez beaucoup d\u2019eau ou de jus de fruit avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s le pelletage. N\u2019oubliez pas : si vous avez soif, c\u2019est que vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prenez votre temps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous \u00e9prouvez de la fatigue et de l\u2019essoufflement, reposez-vous.
