Rel\u00e2chez la jambe de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 laisser aller le genou sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Penchez-vous lentement vers l\u2019avant en gardant le dos droit. Pour augmenter l\u2019\u00e9tirement, tirez doucement sur le genou pli\u00e9. Vous devriez ressentir un \u00e9tirement dans la r\u00e9gion du fessier. Gardez la position 15 secondes.
